About the gallery
Since 1995, Guil-Guem Metal Arts Research Center has specialised in Korean metal arts, mostly craft-based pieces and jewellery. The focus is on ‘Ipsa’, a unique and highly challenging Korean damascene technique. In addition to honing skills and training new artists, the Center’s ultimate vision is to revive old Korean arts and crafts in the present.
